One woman in the seat for focused, direct coaching on her specific visibility block. It rotates so every woman cycles through. The coaching you witness is often as valuable as the coaching you receive. This is where breakthroughs happen out loud.

One woman, 30–40 minutes of focused coaching on her specific block. Rotating monthly so everyone cycles through. Everyone learns — whether you're in the seat or watching.
